Furthermore included in this latest photograph release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
