The company said the revised method more closely matches similar services. They have suggested members to check their listings and manually change the size if necessary, resulting in member annoyance. Sizing System Modifications Previously, the sizing featured one number and one letter, like S/8 or M/10. The updated approach includes a letter and a range for example S/UK 8-10. For certain items, the sizing has been recategorised - for example a size L was previously a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18. Member Accounts One content creator, who produces content about larger sizing, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult". "Not many brands say XL is a 20-22," as the platform currently indicates. Another user, from Glasgow, said garments she listed with size 14 tags were appearing on the platform as larger sizing 20-22. "Should someone sized 20-22 purchase these they may become frustrated," she stated. Necessary Adjustments Charlotte Lunn, based in Derby, said she had been left angered by the change as she had to manually change the measurements for "each individual item". "For me this is particularly frustrating, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she stated.
